We're Hiring: HR/Admin Assistant

Are you a versatile professional with a background in HR and administrative support? We’re looking for an HR/Admin Assistant to manage key HR functions, with a special focus on timekeeping and payroll processing, and ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate and timely payroll, ensuring all timekeeping data is correctly recorded and accounted for.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in managing employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Provide overall HR and administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, HR Recruitment and other HR facets.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and timekeeping software.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
