We're Hiring: HR/Admin Assistant
Are you a versatile professional with a background in HR and administrative support? We’re looking for an HR/Admin Assistant to manage key HR functions, with a special focus on timekeeping and payroll processing, and ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely payroll, ensuring all timekeeping data is correctly recorded and accounted for.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in managing employee attendance and leave records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Provide overall HR and administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, HR Recruitment and other HR facets.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and timekeeping software.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
