We are looking for a reliable and organized HR/Admin Staff to join our team! The ideal candidate will support daily administrative and human resource tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and files
- Prepare and process HR-related documents
- Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee records
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and data management
- Coordinate office supplies and logistics
- Support other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably HR, Business Admin, or related)
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR or admin role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Can work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
