We are looking for a reliable and organized HR/Admin Staff to join our team! The ideal candidate will support daily administrative and human resource tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Prepare and process HR-related documents
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee records
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and data management
  • Coordinate office supplies and logistics
  • Support other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably HR, Business Admin, or related)
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR or admin role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig City
