BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
- With 1-2 years HR experience focused on
- Employee engagement programs
- Training coordination and learning activities
- Knowledge of basic Philippine Labor Laws and HR policies
- Familiar with end-to-end training administration and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement programs such as company events, activities, and recognition programs
- Coordinate training programs including:
- Training needs analysis (TNA) support
- Scheduling of trainings and facilitators
- Preparation of training materials and evaluation forms
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, post-training reports, and engagement documentation
- Assist in onboarding programs and employee orientation activities
- Monitor and help evaluate the effectiveness of learning and engagement initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong coordination and documentation skills
- Creative and resourceful in designing engagement activities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good presentation and facilitation skills (an advantage)
