Finance Associate

Oversees and manages finance department. This includes monitoring and review of Financial Statements and other financial reports, the checking of journal vouchers, cash disbursement vouchers, debit/credit memos and other accounting forms or documents.

• Ensures tax reporting/payments compliance.
• Handles finance related issues which include monitoring and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables/Payables with Operations and submission of financial reports as required.
• Monitors and manages bank loans and borrowed funds from affiliates.
• Maintains principally accountable for the cash management of the company which includes monitoring of daily cash position, timely funding of bank accounts, maximize fund utilization and projections.
• Directs and organizes all accounting activities and finance personnel.
• Prepares accurate and timely accounting and financial reports.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of working experience in the related field.
• Required skill(s): general accounting, financial reporting, taxation, leadership.
• Proficiency in Accounting software(s) & MS Excel.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.
