Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

-More than 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance (managerial position) (F&B/Hospitality industry is a plus)

Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
Accurately review staff outputs and daily accounting

-Business-minded; can reduce unnecessary costs, prevent losses, and suggest strategies to improve financial health

Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing smarter, faster systems

-Confident in presenting insights to both finance and non-finance teams
-Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized

CPA/CMA is a strong advantage, but not required

Qualifications/Requirements
