Finance Manager

Company Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and BIR regulations

Prepare and submit tax returns and reports in compliance with Philippine taxation laws

Monitor cash flow, financial statements, and financial ratios

Assess and manage financial risks

Develop financial policies and internal controls to optimize operations

Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, and compliance

Advanced knowledge of Excel; PPT and Power BI is desirable

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, BIR regulations, and tax compliance and interest rates, loans.

Experience in budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Filipino citizen

Bilingual in English

Willingness to relocate to San Fernando, Pampanga
