ADMIN STAFF WITH BIDDING EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of bidding documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete bid requirements.
- Maintain and update bidding records, trackers, and files.
- Monitor bidding schedules, timelines, and deadlines.
- Perform general administrative and documentation tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Must have 2–4 years of experience in administrative work with bidding exposure.
- Knowledge of bidding and procurement procedures is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
