ADMIN STAFF WITH BIDDING EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of bidding documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to complete bid requirements.
  • Maintain and update bidding records, trackers, and files.
  • Monitor bidding schedules, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Perform general administrative and documentation tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Must have 2–4 years of experience in administrative work with bidding exposure.
  • Knowledge of bidding and procurement procedures is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
