GYM MANAGER/ADMIN duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Essential Job and Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Staffing and Development
  • Manage and engaged team that aligns with company mission and vision
  • Manage and prepare monthly schedule to ensure proper level of staffing
  • Train, coach and conduct performance review.
  • Recognize strong performance and discipline when necessary
  • Implement and manage regular training to ensure all team members are trained in Operations, Fitness or Sales
  • Ensure a high percentage of membership enrollments through management of Membership Advisors, execution of sales strategies, conduct trainings and personal selling as needed.
  • Establish a fun, safe, healthy, and community-focused culture that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitability
  • Monitor the gym appearance and ensure that problems are resolved quickly at all times and deliver a clean, friendly and well maintained environment
  • Prepare reports and communications regarding gym operations as needed to higher Management.
  • Keep tract and record sales of membership and must send daily report.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate in Business Administration or other related courses
  • Must be excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be excellent computer skills (e.g. Word, excel etc.)
  • Must have pleasing personality
  • Must have administrative experience, preferably Gym experience.
  • Precise attention detail
  • Ability to do multi task
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City
  • Highly adaptable and can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to be trained and able to work Full-time
