Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Must have at least 5 years of working experience as a Data Center Operator / Data Center Specialist with at least 1 year working experience in a Supervisory level
- Basic knowledge of data center operations, transaction processing, and industry regulations, with an understanding of how these impact business continuity and customer service.

- Data Center Operations & Monitoring - Executes daily monitoring of systems, settlements, and batch jobs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Incident, Problem & Change Management - Follows escalation protocols, logs incidents completely, and supports problem investigations.
- Settlement Monitoring & Risk Mitigation - Tracks net settlement positions, escalates discrepancies, and supports risk mitigation tasks.
- Batch Processing & Job Scheduling - Executes scheduled batch jobs and verifies outputs using approved checklists.
- Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Readiness - Participates in contingency testing, UAT, and readiness drills.
- Technical Platforms Knowledge - Familiarity with switch applications, AIX/Unix basics, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
