Position Title: Human Resources Specialist (Project-Based)
Overall Objectives:
To support the organization's people strategy by delivering efficient HR operations in the area of Onboarding and Offboarding, Employee Engagement and Events Management, HR Administration and HRIS Management, Reporting and Workforce Monitoring, Shared Services Coordination, and coordination with shared services while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company's core values (CIETE – Customer Intimacy, Integrity, Empathy.Teamwork and Excellence)
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding activities to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience
- Coordinate new hire requirements, orientation schedules, and onboarding documentation
- Manage employee separation processes, including exit clearances, exit interviews, and documentation
Employee Engagement and Events Management:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Organize and support Town Halls, Team Norming Sessions, Sales Kick-offs, Christmas Parties, Sales Heroes Awarding Ceremonies, and other employee activities
- Collaborate with business leaders to enhance employee morale, engagement, and organizational culture
- Measure participation and gather employee through a feedback survey to continuously improve engagement programs
HR Administration and HRIS Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases within the local Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and in Global Human Resources records (IHR)
- Ensure timely updating of employee movements, organizational changes, and personnel information
- Generate HR-related reports and maintain compliance with company documentation standards
- Support HR audits and document management requirements
Reporting and Workforce Monitoring:
- Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports and dashboards for Operations Meetings and Management Reviews
- Monitor employee attendance records, including expatriate attendance tracking and reporting
Shared Services Coordination:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for coordination with Shared Services teams with Benefits Administration, Healthcare Providers, Fleet Management, and Payroll teams to address employee concerns and requirements
- Monitor service level agreement (SLA) and escalate issues when necessary
Culture and Values Champion:
- Coordinate with Concepcion HR Corporate Office on activities that promote and reinforce the company's CORE Values (CIETE – Customer Intimacy, Integrity, Empathy. Teamwork and Excellence) across all employee touchpoints
- Recommend programs and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee accountability
- Act as an advocate for employee engagement, collaboration, and workplace excellence
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
HR Certifications are an advantageKnowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR Best Practices
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in employee engagement, HR operations, and HR administration
- Experience supporting sales-driven or distribution organizations is preferred
