Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of retail company and department store. We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and the development of HR policies and programs.

The role is also responsible for driving administrative efficiency and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasig City.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

The HR and Admin Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative operations. This role is responsible for driving people strategy, ensuring legal compliance, and managing daily administrative functions to support the company's retail operations and corporate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store-level and corporate positions.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and facilitate regular employee reviews.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and health insurance administration.
  • Compliance: Ensure all company policies strictly align with Philippine Labor Laws and regulatory mandates.
Administrative Operations
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, facilities maintenance, and workplace safety.
  • Vendor & Supply Management: Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage the procurement of office and store supplies.
  • Asset Control: Maintain an updated inventory of company assets, equipment, and official documentation.

Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and Admin experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Laws, excellent communication skills, and strong conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High ethical standards, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
