JOB SUMMARY
The HR Officer manages recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, records, and labor law compliance to support dealership operations.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
3–5 years HR experience, preferably automotive/retailKnowledge of Philippine Labor Code, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR
Strong communication, organization and MS Office skills
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment and onboarding: Source, screen, interview and onboard qualified candidates
Employee records and 201 files: Maintain accurate and updated employee records and 201 files
Compensation, benefits, attendance and payroll coordination: Process payroll inputs, monitor attendance, and administer compensation and benefits
Employee relations and discipline: Address employee concerns and implement company discipline policies fairly and consistentl
Performance management: Facilitate performance appraisals and ensure goal alignment
Training and development: Identify training needs and conduct learning programs
DOLE and labor law compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
HR reporting and administrative support: Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department and management

<10% annual turnover
100% government remittances on time
