Overview:
Manam is hiring Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations with precision and passion. This role is ideal for experienced restaurant professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Hospitality Management, or related field (undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome)
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong background in P&L reporting, COGS, menu costing, and budget management
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting
- Proven skills in order management, forecasting, inventory control, scheduling, and team leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
