Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes for our events and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and staff
- Supervise food preparation and ensure dishes meet quality standards
- Coordinate with line cooks and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies
- Step in to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead and coordinate with a kitchen team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Makati City
