JUNIOR PAYROLL MASTER / HR ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY
HR Jr. Payroll Master / HR Assistant is responsible for assisting in payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures accurate payroll preparation, proper documentation of employee data, and coordination with different departments regarding HR-related concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in payroll processing or HR administrative work is an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and government statutory benefits is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Works with integrity
- Willing to work in Cordova, Cebu
