The Product Support Staff provides operational and administrative support for product-related activities, ensuring accurate product information, inventory coordination, order processing, and efficient communication between sales, warehouse, and supplier teams.The role helps maintain smooth product operations and supports the overall customer experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Brands or Suppliers
- Warehouse stocks allocation
- Marketing compliance check
- Maintain and update product master data (SKUs, pricing, descriptions)
- Assist in product sourcing, ordering, and replenishment activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
- Assist in product launches, promotions, and merchandising activities
- Prepare product, inventory, and sales performance reports
- Support documentation for purchase orders and deliveries
- Help ensure product availability and accuracy across channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience in product management, inventory, or retail operations is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Background in gadgets, electronics, or consumer goods is a plus
