Job Summary

The Sales Executive – Trucks & Heavy Equipment is responsible for promoting and selling trucks, heavy equipment, and machinery of SANY Philippines Inc. across the Philippines. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and achieving sales targets in industries such as construction, mining, logistics, infrastructure, and transportation.

The position requires strong field sales experience, customer relationship management, and technical understanding of heavy equipment solutions. The Sales Executive will work closely with clients to recommend suitable equipment, provide after-sales support, and strengthen the company’s market presence nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for trucks and heavy equipment nationwide
  • Conduct field sales activities including client visits, cold calling, site visits, and project monitoring
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, mining companies, logistics firms, transport operators, and government project contractors
  • Promote SANY trucks, cranes, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, road machinery, and other heavy equipment products
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical discussions, and sales proposals
  • Recommend suitable equipment solutions based on customer operational requirements
  • Monitor project opportunities in construction, mining, ports, and infrastructure sectors
Key Account Management
  • Handle major customer accounts and maintain strong long-term partnerships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and after-sales coordination
  • Monitor quotations, contracts, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment collections
  • Coordinate with service engineers, parts department, and operations team for customer support
  • Support customers during equipment turnover and operational familiarization
Sales Operations
  • Prepare quotations, bidding documents, contracts, and necessary sales reports
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, financing options, and contract conditions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain updated customer records and sales pipeline reports
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and industry developments
Marketing and Brand Support
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and product launches
  • Support company marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities
  • Assist in customer visits to offices, warehouses, and factory visits when required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of sales experience in trucks, heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial equipment
  • Strong knowledge of cranes, excavators, concrete machinery, road machinery, mining equipment, dump trucks, and related heavy equipment
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Existing customer network in construction, mining, logistics, and government projects is an advantage
  • Willing to travel nationwide for fieldwork and client visits
  • With valid driver’s license is preferred
  • Can work under pressure and handle aggressive sales targets
  • Experience in Chinese company setup or multinational heavy equipment industry is an advantage
