Accounting Specialist (Client-Facing)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Generate financial reports and schedules.
  • Resolve account discrepancies promptly.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
  • Communicate financial updates to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on client requests.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
  • Support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field.
  • At least 6 months of accounting experience.
  • BPO or shared services experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Must be professional, dependable, and goal-oriented.
  • Willing to undergo training and continuous learning programs.
  • Amenable to work on-site.
  • Available to start immediately.
