ACCOUNTING STAFF

The Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting team in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• With bookkeeping experience is a must
• Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Record financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and on time
• Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Assist in monitoring and reconciling accounts (e.g., accounts payable and receivable)
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documents
• Perform administrative duties as needed by the Accounting Department
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers for accounting-related matters
• Manage account receivables and billings from clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accounting or graduate of a business-related course
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in manual/written data compiling
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
