HR/Admin Staff

Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime; prepare timekeeping reports for payroll.
  • Assist in organizing employee activities, trainings, and company events.
  • Collect daily time records, leaves, and overtime reports.
  • Process payroll computations (salary, deductions, adjustments).
  • Handle government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Prepare payslips and payroll summaries.
  • Maintain and organize office files and supplies inventory.
  • Monitor and coordinate building maintenance, office repairs, and utility services.
  • Prepare and process petty cash reimbursements or admin-related expenses.
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Support social media management (posting content, replying to inquiries).
  • Assist in creating marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, product presentations).
  • Help organize events such as product demos, webinars, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred
  • Familiar with payroll systems or manual payroll computation
  • Minimum 1+ years of payroll processing experience required
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident
