Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime; prepare timekeeping reports for payroll.
- Assist in organizing employee activities, trainings, and company events.
- Collect daily time records, leaves, and overtime reports.
- Process payroll computations (salary, deductions, adjustments).
- Handle government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Prepare payslips and payroll summaries.
- Maintain and organize office files and supplies inventory.
- Monitor and coordinate building maintenance, office repairs, and utility services.
- Prepare and process petty cash reimbursements or admin-related expenses.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support social media management (posting content, replying to inquiries).
- Assist in creating marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, product presentations).
- Help organize events such as product demos, webinars, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred
- Familiar with payroll systems or manual payroll computation
- Minimum 1+ years of payroll processing experience required
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
- Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident
