POSITION: COUNTRY MANAGER

Manage overall business performance including production, quality, compliance, finance, and administration.
Lead and supervise department heads including Production, HR, Merchandising, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
Coordinate with head office or foreign management regarding company objectives and business plans.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Analyze operational reports, production output, costing, and financial performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing or export-oriented industry.
Strong knowledge in garment production operations, merchandising, export procedures.
Strong leadership, decision-making and organizational management skills
Deep knowledge of garment production processes (cutting, sewing, finishing, packaging)
Familiar with international buyer requirements and compliance standards.
Ability to manage multi-department operations and work under pressure.
Experience working with foreign buyers or multinational companies is an advantage.
