We’re Hiring: R2R Team Lead – Cash Management & General Accounting!
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented R2R Team Lead to oversee end-to-end cash management and general accounting operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can ensure financial accuracy, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced SAP S/4HANA environment.

Role: R2R Team Lead – Cash Management & General Accounting
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end delivery of cash management and general accounting operations
- Oversee payment processing, collections, and intercompany settlements
- Review and approve payment proposals, fund transfers, and banking transactions
- Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and resolution of unreconciled items
- Review MT940 processing, bank interfaces, and disbursement reports
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls, and approval matrices
- Review GL reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and clearing of suspense accounts
- Oversee month-end close activities including accruals, journals, and adjustments
- Ensure accuracy of FX rates, revaluation, and related accounting entries
- Prepare and review GL and management reporting packs
- Manage team workload, performance, SLAs, and daily operations
- Coach and develop analysts and senior analysts
- Handle escalations across Treasury, AP, AR, and Finance stakeholders
- Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and strong internal controls
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives
- Act as SME for SAP S/4HANA treasury and finance processes
- Support UAT, system enhancements, and transition projects
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA is a plus)✔ 5–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting / R2R operations
✔ Strong leadership experience in cash management, treasury, or GL roles
✔ Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (strongly preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of banking operations, reconciliations, and payments
✔ Solid knowledge of GL accounting and month-end close processes
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and escalation handling skills
✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and financial review capabilities
✔ Experience in audits, compliance, and internal controls
✔ Background in process transition or stabilization is an advantage
