Job Description

1. Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
2. Manage general affairs including corporate governance, legal compliance, and organizational processes.
3. Lead HR functions: recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
4. Ensure effective facilities management, workplace safety, and resource optimization.

1. Direct production planning and execution to meet output and quality targets.
2. Optimize injection molding, decoration, and assembly processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Implement lean manufacturing practices and ensure compliance with safety standards.

1. Develop production plans aligned with customer demand and market trends.
2. Formulate strategic initiatives to drive growth, innovation, and competitiveness.
3. Conduct market analysis and evaluate opportunities for expansion.

1. Establish and monitor quality control systems across all production stages.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and customer requirements.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2. 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, administration, or strategic management.
3. Strong knowledge of production processes (injection molding, decoration, assembly).
4. Expertise in quality assurance frameworks and compliance standards.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
6. Must be fluent in Nihonggo.
