The Branch Operations Assistant is responsible on the following tasks: Data management and handling of data extraction, formatting, and submission to various credit bureaus within specified deadlines. This role will also require basic understanding of loan processing, operational policies, and online systems.
The Branch Operations Assistant will also be involved in client engagement through telemarketing, managing digital inquiries, conducting initial client assessments, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data and files.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Banking and Finance
- Has good customer service skills, administrative skills and communication skills
- Has excellent attention to details as the job requires thorough checking and review of information and accuracy of data.
- With high sense of responsibility, accountability and integrity
- Computer literate
