Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline assistance to users experiencing technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Document support requests and solutions for tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with IT and engineering teams for escalated concerns
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Prior experience in technical support is an advantage
