  • Provide frontline assistance to users experiencing technical issues
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
  • Document support requests and solutions for tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with IT and engineering teams for escalated concerns
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests

Prior experience in technical support is an advantage
