Responsible for operating drilling machines safely and efficiently to meet project requirements and timelines. Duties include equipment setup, pre-operational checks, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous and accurate operations.
The role also involves monitoring drilling performance (depth, alignment, and accuracy), following safety standards, coordinating with team members, and maintaining proper documentation of activities and equipment usage. As the machines are manufactured in Korea, candidates with experience or knowledge of Korean drilling equipment are highly preferred.

Familiarity with Korean machine systems, controls, and maintenance practices is an advantage.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

25 years old and above
Technical or vocational training in mechanical, industrial, or drilling-related fields
Experience operating Korean-manufactured drilling machines is highly preferred
Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
Willing to work on-site, shifts, or extended hours if required
Able to communicate in English

Duties:

Oversee the overall drilling operations;
Ensure proper operation, utilization, and maintenance of Korean-manufactured drilling equipment in accordance with technical standards;
Coordinate directly with Korean manufacturers for technical support, troubleshooting, spare parts, and system upgrades;
Lead and monitor project implementation to achieve efficient, safe, and high-quality results;
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and company performance;
Supervise personnel, resources, and project schedules;
Prepare reports and coordinate with management and clients regarding project progress;
