HR and Admin Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable HR & Admin Assistant to support both human resources and administrative operations.
Work Setup: Full-time, on-siteLocation: Pasay City
Schedule: 10AM - 7PM ; Two (2) days off per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of requirements.
- Assist with office supplies requisition, inventory management, and monitoring usage.
- Coordinate and follow up on deliveries and distribution of office supplies/equipment.
- Support in handling deliveries, arranging storage, and assisting in moving or setting up items as needed for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Male (due to the nature of certain physical administrative tasks).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, applicants with related HR or admin experience will be given priority.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
