About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the day-to-day recruitment operations of a growing Australian business. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, reporting directly to the P&C Team Leader while working closely with Recruitment and HR Consultants to support candidate sourcing, recruitment administration, reporting, and talent engagement activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, recruitment coordination, writing, administration, and working in a fast-moving environment, while also genuinely enjoying speaking with people over the phone. A large part of the role involves conducting initial phone screenings with candidates, so confidence, energy, and professionalism in phone-based communication are essential.
The successful candidate will play an important support role in helping the recruitment process run quickly and efficiently. By managing sourcing, screening, coordination, and administrative tasks behind the scenes, this role enables the senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to focus on client relationships, final-stage interviews, and other high-level recruitment activities.Strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing- Drafting and posting job advertisements primarily on SEEK, with occasional use of other Australian recruitment platforms and job boards
- Managing and updating Australian-based job advertisements to attract suitable candidates across multiple industries
- Writing and updating professional job descriptions
- Conducting candidate sourcing and headhunting using Seek, Premium Talent, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Performing initial 5-10 minute phone screening interviews with candidates
- Conducting salary benchmarking and market research for various roles
- Maintaining recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records
- Assisting with recruitment reporting and pipeline management
- Supporting candidate communication and interview coordination
- Drafting professional client and candidate emails
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Director and recruitment team, including drafting client communications, preparing reports, and assisting with recruitment coordination
- Assisting with general HR administration and office administration tasks as required during quieter recruitment periods to support the wider team and business operations
What We’re Looking For
Essential- Experience working as an Independent Contractor for an Australian, American or similar client
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination
- Hands-on experience using SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, or SEEK Premium Talent Database
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Confidence using AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day recruitment and administrative tasks
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner when speaking with candidates and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong administration and reporting skills
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
- Experience supporting an Australian recruitment or staffing business
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Premium Talent, or Sales Navigator
- Exposure to salary benchmarking and recruitment analytics
- Social media content writing or recruitment marketing experience
- Experience coordinating interviews and recruitment workflows
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding processes
- Experience creating recruitment reports and dashboards
- Basic graphic design or Canva experience
- Previous experience working directly with senior stakeholders or directors
Remote Work Setup Requirements
To ensure a smooth and professional remote working experience, candidates must have the following:

- Organised: Able to manage multiple roles, deadlines, follow-ups, and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Accountable and Self-Driven: Takes ownership of recruitment tasks and consistently follows roles through every stage until successfully filled, without needing close supervision
- ₱60,000 to ₱70,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Long-term, full-time Independent Contractor role

- ₱2,500 monthly health insurance allowance
- Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours (with flexibility)
The Save Group is based in Melbourne, Australia, thus the work hours will follow 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Melbourne time (GMT +10) with some flexibility.
