Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting learning and development initiatives. The role focuses on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent, as well as identifying training needs and supporting HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding and clearance processing
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles
  • Coordinate interviews and manage hiring timelines
  • Conduct training needs analysis and support learning initiatives
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
  • Support HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure hiring requirements are met
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (required)
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR support
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
