- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for various hiring requirements
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels
- Conduct phone screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and updates
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely candidate endorsements
- Maintain active talent pipelines and recruitment records
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and social media sourcing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Recruitment agency experience is a plus
