SME Business Development Manager - FinTech

Grow and manage the overall deposit portfolio for SME and Commercial clients, ensuring revenue and sales targets are consistently achieved
  • Drive acquisition strategies across nationwide branches and relationship teams, as well as through digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement cost-saving initiatives-such as shifting customers from physical to digital statements
  • Increase cross-sell ratio by promoting transaction services, FX, bancassurance, and lending solutions to business clients
  • Partner with fintech platforms, digital banks, e-wallets, and government agencies (e.g., DTI, BIR, SEC) for market-relevant acquisition and product campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify product and campaign opportunities tailored to the evolving needs of the SME sector
  • Lead project discussions to align business priorities with technology timelines and budgets
Drive nationwide SME growth through strategic banking solutions.Collaborate with fintech and government for market innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial or SME banking in the Philippines
  • Proven knowledge of local market practices, regulatory requirements, and banking operations
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and banking tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino, with strong presentation and writing abilities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable engaging both internal teams and external partners
