Business development manager

Job Description

1. [Process planning] Promote activities to upgrade the business process strategy and identify the current operational tasks.
2. [Process Management] Implement activities to design a process in order to optimize the entire supply chain between demand and supply and improve competitiveness of unit processes and solve the current issues
3. [System design and management] Design management infrastructure system design and its improvement in accordance with the related process operation standards.
4. [Development of Innovation Methodology] Manage activities to develop new innovation theme and implementation methodology and apply them in actual businesses.
5. [Operation Performance Management] Promote activities to develop process performance indicators and manage operation by monitoring abnormal situations.
6. [Marketing expenses validity check] Check the validity of sales promotion expenses and if there's a conflict of interests among different sales factors such as budget planning, validity of the amount and ROI (Return on Investment), set adjustment plans.

• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks.
• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing.
• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years.
• Proficient in Korean and English language (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
