Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews or assessments
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist in preparing and sending job offers and onboarding documents
Support recruitment events such as job fairs, walk-ins, or campus drives
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to the Recruitment Team
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy standards
Perform other recruitment-related administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
At least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR support experience (internship experience may be considered)
Familiarity with basic recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Proficient in MS Office and/or ATS software
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and meet deadlines
