Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for healthcare providers and clinical support roles. This role is responsible for building strong talent pipelines, sourcing qualified candidates, and supporting hiring strategies that meet operational demand.

You will collaborate with operations leaders and medical teams to ensure hiring needs are met while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare providers and clinical roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Partner with operations and medical leadership to align hiring priorities
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and initial evaluations
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment performance metrics including time-to-fill and pipeline conversion
• Support workforce planning based on projected hiring demand

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or healthcare hiring
• Experience recruiting healthcare providers or clinical staff preferred
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
