Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strategy: Ability to develop sourcing strategies and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
