• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Experience in volume hiring is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon CityWhat we offer
