Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Account Manager to join our creative agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and coordinating communication between clients, internal teams, and external suppliers.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and expectations to deliver tailored creative solutions.
  • Proactively communicate project status, updates, and any potential issues to clients.
  • Project Management
  • Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of creative solutions.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage timelines.
  • Coordinate internal resources (designers, copywriters, strategists) to meet project requirements.
  • Supplier and Vendor Coordination
  • Source and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, including designers, editors, animators, copywriters, videographers, printers, photographers, and other vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage supplier budgets to optimize project profitability.
  • Ensure supplier deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
  • Communication and Reporting
  • Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope and objectives.
  • Prepare and present proposals, project briefs, and performance reports to clients.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform future improvements.
  • Financial Oversight
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or project management, preferably within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Budget management experience with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of the creative process and marketing principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with a variety of creative deliverables, including digital, print, and multimedia.
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite of tools. Design capability would be an added bonus.
