Data Management: Access, retrieve, and transfer relevant customer and project data from the CRM system into Order Forms for submission.Order Submission Oversight: Ensure the accurate and timely submission of Order Forms for government rebate processing, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
Data Formatting: Organize and structure data into a format that meets the requirements of the government rebate submission portal.
Project Assignment: Assign projects to contractors in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with job requirements and deadlines.
Project Oversight: Oversee the job acceptance and completion process, ensuring contractors adhere to project specifications and timelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, order submissions, and rebate processing progress to relevant stakeholders.
Core responsibilities:
Min 3 years proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar role.Strong familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with government rebate programs and submission processes is an advantage.
