- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer records
- Interact with customers via phone and email
- Manage dissatisfied customers, de-escalate frustration and provide practical alternatives or solutions
- Document recurring product issues or customer feature requests and relay this data to product and management teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration or any related field
- with pleasing personality
- 6-12 months of previous customer facing experience in retail sales or tech support is a plus
