  • Verifying product warranties and facilitate repairs, replacement or return merchandise authorizations
  • Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Interact with customers via phone and email
  • Manage dissatisfied customers, de-escalate frustration and provide practical alternatives or solutions
  • Document recurring product issues or customer feature requests and relay this data to product and management teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration or any related field
  • with pleasing personality
  • 6-12 months of previous customer facing experience in retail sales or tech support is a plus
