About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Court team member to join FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment where you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional food service and maintaining high standards of kitchen operations.As part of our dynamic food court team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive quality meals prepared efficiently and with attention to detail.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assemble sandwiches, salads and other menu items with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your assigned kitchen station and food preparation areas
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Respond promptly to customer orders and work efficiently during peak service times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain equipment in good working condition
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion
- Stock ingredients and materials at your workstation throughout the shift
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety protocols at all times
- Support other team members and assist with additional tasks as required
- Previous experience working in a kitchen, food court, or fast-casual dining environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and sanitation practices
- A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
