Job Summary

The Key Account Manager - Food Service is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the food service channel through effective sales strategies, customer programs, and channel-specific marketing initiatives. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, and Key Accounts to strengthen partnerships and increase brand usage across food service customers.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation process management for Lotus Brand Savouring Seasoning
  • Develop B2B insights to support Lotus Brand
  • Lead Project management from concept to execution, including packaging development all the way to post launch analysis
  • responsible for the Go to Market strategy for Lotus brand
Food Service Channel Strategy
  • Develop and execute channel strategies tailored to food service operators’ needs
  • Identify menu placement opportunities and recommend product applications
  • Align pricing, promotions, and pack formats for food service customers
  • Define and execute the route-to-market strategy with the Head of Sales.
  • Ensure channel activation through product demonstrations, sampling and ideations.
Customer & Trade Marketing
  • Design food service–specific programs such as menu support, chef demos, sampling, and kitchen trials
  • Develop sales tools, menu concepts, and usage guides for operators
  • Support trade shows, food expos, and customer events
  • Co-led with the Head of Sales, tailoring products for Modern Trade and CVS for all Lotus-related products.
  • Support sales via the creation of sales aids (hard and digital copies sales presenters, training materials)
Execution & Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and QA to ensure service level compliance
  • Coordinate with R&D / Culinary teams for product testing and innovation
  • Ensure consistent execution across distributors and food service partners
  • Support Sales for business reviews
Financial Management
  • Activate S&OP to improve forecasting
  • Ensure P&L is managed through positive margins and reduce write-offs
Cloud Kitchen Management
  • Manage daily operations (menu creation , cycle menu, support sales related activities)
  • Ensure profitability by reducing waste and variances.

Channel Touchpoints

Foodservice (HORECA, QSR, Industrial Food Manufacturing, Airline, Bakery for artisan and Industrial), Modern trade and extending to GT if needed,

Business Touchpoints

PLE, Seasoning, Cloud Kitchen, Seasoning, BVAP, cross collaboration with Fresh team (if needed)
