Brand Manager (Food)
This role offers the chance to take ownership of a strategic brand portfolio and play a key role in shaping its future growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will lead brand planning, innovation initiatives, portfolio optimisation, and commercial execution while influencing key business decisions and delivering measurable results.
- Lead the development and execution of brand growth strategies to drive market share and profitability.
- Identify consumer insights, market trends, and growth opportunities to unlock new revenue streams.
- Manage and optimise product portfolios by evaluating performance, profitability, and growth potential.
- Develop and deliver innovation roadmaps, including new product launch strategies and pipeline planning.
- Drive successful product launches through close collaboration with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and product development teams.
- Deliver commercial objectives including sales growth, volume targets, and profitability goals.
- Manage marketing investments and budgets with a strong focus on return on investment and financial discipline.
- Build strong partnerships with creative, media, and activation agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Analyse business performance and market dynamics to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate across multiple business functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor brand health metrics and implement action plans to strengthen consumer preference and engagement.
- Champion continuous improvement and best practices in brand management and innovation.
- Minimum 4 years of experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or other consumer-focused industries.
- Proven experience in brand management, category management, or commercial marketing roles.
- Strong portfolio management and product innovation experience.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing new products.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and consumer engagement principles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and P&L responsibilities.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
