We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager who speaks "Australian Business" fluently and knows how to build lasting partnerships.
The Mission
Your goal is simple but ambitious: Expand our footprint in the Australian market. You will be the face of Upsource, identifying Australian companies that are ready to level up their operations through strategic outsourcing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Hunt & Gather: Proactively identify and engage with C-suite executives and business owners across Australia.
- Consultative Selling: You’re not just selling seats; you’re architecting solutions. You'll help clients understand how offshore teams can transform their ROI.
- Relationship Management: Build a pipeline that’s as robust as a flat white from a Melbourne laneway.
- Strategy: Collaborate with our Aussie leadership team to refine our go-to-market strategy for different sectors (Finance, Tech, Real Estate, etc.).
Are You the One?
We’re looking for a "hunter" with a "helper" mindset. You should have:
- The "Aussie" Touch: Extensive experience dealing with Australian clients. You understand the nuances, the humor, and the straight-shooting business culture.
- B2B Grit: A proven track record in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the BPO or professional services industry.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional English skills (written and verbal). You can pitch to a CEO as easily as you can chat with a team lead.
- Self-Starter Energy: We trust our people. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your desk and hit your targets without someone breathing down your neck.
