Accounting Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

EPIC Property Management is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our growing team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting software
• Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Support payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
• Maintain organized records for tax filings and financial reporting
• Help monitor budgets, spending, and departmental financial activity as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
• Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices to ensure timely collection and accurate recording
• Monitor costs per project (labor, materials, subcontractors)
• Assist in preparing and analyzing project cost estimates and budgets
• Perform any other ad hoc accounting, administrative tasks as may be assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting softwares
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Open for fresh graduates
• Preferably residing in Dasmariñas City, Cavite or nearby cities
