- Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in IT support, IT asset management, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of IT assets (Laptops, desktops and peripherals)
- Experience in documentation creation (inventory records, SOPs, and guidelines)
- Knowledgeable in MS Office / Excel (for tracking and reporting)
- Familiarity with IT asset management or inventory systems
- Basic knowledge of IT support (hardware, OS, troubleshooting)
- Strong attention to details and organization skill
- Ability to enforce standardization and process compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills
