My Offshore Team - IT Support
Location: Makati Office - Lepanto Building
About the Role: My Offshore Team is looking for a Level 1 - IT Support professional to join our internal IT Team. As the first point of contact for staff requiring technical help you will handle daily help desk tickets,common hardware/software issues, manage user accounts/devices, and keep the IT asset register updated.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Management: Log, prioritise, and resolve IT support requests; escalate unresolved issues; maintain knowledge base. Atera experience prefferedMicrosoft 365 Support: Create accounts, manage licenses, and support Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Device Management (Intune): Enrol laptops/desktops, apply policies, and deploy applications. Intune experience preffered
Identity & Access: Create accounts, manage groups, and handle onboarding/offboarding.
Network Support: Monitor dashboards, troubleshoot connectivity, and assign devices.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare equipment, set up accounts, disable departing accounts, and update asset records.
Asset Management: Track hardware, record deliveries, and maintain asset registers.
General Support: Assist with printers, scanners, VPN, mobile devices, and enforce IT security policies.
About You:
Experience: 1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience. You’re confident with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and familiar with Intune, Entra ID, and ticketingsystems.
Communication: You communicate clearly, explaining technical matters in simple terms. Skills: Ability to evaluate information, identify patterns, solve problems logically, and make data‑driven decisions.
Work Setup: Must be able to work onsite in Makati.
