Sales Engineer (Factory Automation – Mitsubishi Electric) About the Role

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation (FA) products and solutions to industrial clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their automation requirements and provide tailored, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation products (PLC, HMI, Servo, Inverters, Robotics)
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate automation solutions
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client trainings
Prepare proposals, system configurations, and cost estimates
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams for solution delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, system integrators, and partners
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, technical sales, or related field
Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi Electric FA products
Knowledge in PLC programming, HMI configuration, and motion control systems
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CC-Link)
Experience working with manufacturing or industrial clients

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management
