The Marketing Assistant provides support to the marketing team with diverse tasks. He/She contributes to brand promotion, lead generation, and marketing campaign execution, collaborating effectively with various departments to achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development & Support:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics to boost brand awareness and reputation.
• Create marketing materials (e.g., social media content, email campaigns) to promote company offerings and inform clients and prospects.
• Marketing Operations & Coordination:
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, handling tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing databases.
• Coordinate all marketing activities to ensure smooth execution and campaign success.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, design) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Campaign Performance & Analysis:
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in creating reports to present marketing data and recommendations to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any business-related course
• Sales and marketing assistant experience or similar role is preferred but not required
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Social Media Platforms
• Demonstrated ability to convey thoughts to diverse audiences in various forms and mediums.
• Has strong project management skills
• Loves to create new ideas, think outside the box, and innovate
• Has a keen eye for detail
• Available to start immediately
