Full-Time Streamer & Marketing Assistant

Work Location: On-site – North Fairview, Quezon City

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Full-Time Streamer & Marketing Assistant who can confidently host live selling sessions while supporting daily marketing and creator collaboration efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, sales-driven, and comfortable being on camera for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and manage daily live selling on TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada
• Promote products, demonstrate usage, and engage with viewers to drive sales
• Respond to live audience inquiries and maintain high interaction
• Assist in marketing campaigns, promos, and content planning
• Monitor live performance and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with the team for scripts, products, and campaigns
• Manage affiliates and creators (recruitment, communication, and performance tracking)
• Provide product briefs and support to creators for better content output
• Stay updated on trends and platform features

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate (college level preferred)
• Experience in live selling, streaming, content creation, or affiliate marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Confident, lively, and camera-friendly personality
• Knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms
• Basic understanding of marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media trends
• Willing to work on-site in North Fairview, Quezon City
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or long live sessions

Preferred Skills:

• Background in beauty, skincare, or retail sales
• Ability to create engaging scripts and product spiels
• Basic video/content editing skills
• Experience handling influencers or affiliates is a plus
• Good English communication skills / English proficiency
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
