POSITION: PART-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Customer Communication
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
- Provide quotes or estimates based on client requirements and ticket lifts.
- Schedule Service Tech and client appointments and confirm schedules.
- Follow up on past jobs for feedback or reviews.
- Handle customer complaints and rescheduling.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Coordinate job schedules for multiple handymen
- Avoid overlaps or downtime between jobs
- Send reminders to both customers and contractors
- Manage cancellations and optimize routes
- Experience with Jobber or similar software management systems
- Admin & Back-Office Support
- Create and send invoices
- Track payments and update accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Maintain service records and job logs
- Marketing & Lead Generation
- Respond to inquiries from Jobber, email and all other platforms
- Manage social media pages (post updates, reply to DMs)
- Run email or SMS campaigns to repeat customers
- Help with Google Business updates and reviews
- Image Creation, video editing, Youtube shorts video, Instagram, Facebook,
- To use AI for content writing and/or syndication
- Press releases
- Marketing
- Metricool social media or similar
- Experience with social media syndication software
- Contractor & Staff Coordination
- Onboard new freelancers or part-time techs
- Maintain records of licenses, insurance, and certifications
- Communicate job details and customer expectations
- Track hours worked (if needed)
- Metrics & Performance Tracking
- Compile data on:
- Completed jobs
- Customer ratings
- Response time

- Familiar with home repair and handyman terms
- Three years experience or more with the above disciplines
Minimum Requirements:
- i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks),
- Headset with noise cancellation feature
- An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated

Salary: P300 - P350
Schedule: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT (Monday-Friday)
